Note: As we work closely with law enforcement and prosecutors, we limit our review of cases for criminal defense attorneys. We will review cases to determine if, in our evaluation of the evidence, there is reasonable doubt about the guilt of a defendant. We do not provide "technicality" or other defenses. We do recognize that innocent parties are wrongly charged on occasion. Mr. Rehman has previously conducted an examination of a computer in a child pornography prosecution wherein he determined that it was likely the defendant had been "framed"; the charges were dismissed. In the interest of Justice, we do not exclude criminal defense work, only limit it to what we believe to be wrongly charged individuals or instances where there is clear reasonable doubt.
