About Us Rehman Technology Services, Inc. was founded in 1998 by D. Douglas Rehman, who spent thirteen years in law enforcement with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) and the Illinois State Police (ISP). Mr. Rehman's years in law enforcement were spent at two of the most technologically advanced agencies in the country. Throughout those years, Mr. Rehman was involved in every manner of high tech investigations and techniques. He has conducted hundreds of forensic examinations of computers and computer media, and has provided training to hundreds of law enforcement officers, throughout the nation, in computer forensics and in child exploitation. He pioneered online proactive child exploitation investigations in 1994 and has installed countless audio and video surveillance devices (including during court-ordered intrusions into private property). As a court recognized expert in computers/computer forensics, child exploitation, and electronic surveillance, Mr. Rehman is regularly consulted by law enforcement officers, prosecutors, and legislators. Freeh wrote a letter to Mr. Rehman (Requires Free Adobe Acrobat Reader- available here) commending him for assisting the FBI with his expertise in computers, investigative techniques, and child exploitation.
